What fraternity should i join this year?

hey so im going off to college this fall (UWashington) and my friend and i want to join a fraternity. We dont wanna join one of those houses with all the fancy crap and the tradition and the blazers we wanna join one where everyone has a good time and its not so cliquey. like one where everyone is kind of middle class and cool and where the cool, but not jock kids are accepted.
