Is there a guitar repair shop I can take my classical acoustic guitar to in Buenos Aires?

I do not have a lot of experience with guitars, but I think it needs either new strings or tuning pegs, as it won't tune correctly. It takes a lot of turning to actually change the pitch when I'm trying to tune. I also noticed the person who put the strings on has them connected to the wrong tuning pegs.. maybe that is affecting the pitch as well. I'm looking for an affordable repair shop in Buenos Aires that will have new strings and tuning pegs if necessary.
