Preparation for AIEEE and IIT-JEE for ISC?

I am in ISC 11th standard. I want to prepare for AIEEE, IIT-JEE,CET,etc. They say ISC syllabus is vast. Is studying just my ISC textbooks enough or is it Better that I go to Additional Coachin(for AIEEE or IIT). Please HELP...!
