Does anyone know where or how to translate the Aphis 7001 form into spanish?

Hi.. I am moving to Buenos Aires, Argentina from San Francisco with my two cats. I have heard the paperwork needs to be in Spanish. Does anyone know where to go to get the paperwork translated? And then how does it work when I go to endorse the aphis 7001 form if I have an original in English and a translation in Spanish? Thanks for your help!
