Murky Water in Tropical Fish Tank?

you are supposed to do a 25 pecent water change to a 20g tank prob once every 2 -3 weeks to be safe. 3-5 if u want to be lazy. if u dont do that at all, just make sure the water lvl is optimum and you are changing your carbon in your filter. you should be good if u do those things.
