What job can i get in the music business when im older?

i have been self taught playing piano(and some guitar) by ear for years.my music teacher in school told me i will go far and had a performing standard of a professional.i love music and would love to pursue it in the future but i don't know what job to look for and if it's worth pursuing.any suggestions would help :)
