Another problem with a girl.?

I met this one girl about 6 months ago , at school, and Instantly took a liking to her , and likewise , she took a liking to me, after a very short time we began calling eachohother boo and cute little pet names, and hung out and had cute moments and made out, after a little while, she told me , shes trying as hard as she can to make things work , but she only see's me as a best friend, but i managed to work my way out of that and we hung out and did stuff, and afterwards , she told me she feels im more than a friend, and so things go great for a while and (We text eachother almost everyday , and im usually the one to text first) and then **** hits the fan , she ignored me for a while , and i asked her why and she said i had a problem with jumping to conclusions and that im "on her jock ?" so i manged to work the that , and she told me she couldnt date me, and a bunch of crap , then i decided to move on , and find another girl , and ignore her, we didnt text for about a week , and then she texts me, and tells me that she couldnt let me go and how she misses me, and so i asked her " well if you cant date me then how can you not let me go ?" she answered " because i think its the title of being in a relationship, but we will see " so we start talking again , she always told me that there was something about me that made her want to have sex with me, and so we made a plan for her to spend the night so we could , and we still havent followed through with it, were were doing all the cute stuff, phone calls, but i started letting her text me first , and she was mad that i wouldnt text her first any more , because she told me that i was annoying and we had the same conversations over and over, so i let her text me when she wants to talk, but now she is being all blunt, and barely replying to any of my texts , so im getting so confused with her, she wants me , cant let me go, and now its back to blunt texts, barely talking, no flirting what so ever, i want to know why she is doing this, and i care for her , so i like to be in contact with her, im not trying to be annoying , so any insight on what i should do would be much appreciated, I would like to steer away from moving on, because ive spent 6 months of my time , with this back and forth thing, and i'd hate to waste all that time.
