Can I sue the Customs Officers at the Airport in Miami? Better Yet can I sue the Airport altogether?
I was racial profiled at the airport in Miami coming back from Buenos Aires, Argentina where me and a group of college students went to study the culture, simply because I was darker then everybody else. So when I came back home and got off the plane, and as I was walking towards where everybody was lining up for customs when an officer pulled me aside and started asking me all these stupid questions about what I was doing in Argentina, asking me to show him my passport and blah blah blah blah!!! BS!!!!! I was embarrased in front of my group and felt discriminated against back in my own country when in Argentina I was never discriminated once!!! Nice welcome home reception by my fellow countrymen those assholes!!!! What got me really mad was that the majority of the people on the plane were probably citizens of Argentina or other countries of south America and since they were all white the officers didnt even bother to check them, and they checked me the US citizen all because I looked darker and a potential "terrorist" to them! Which I found sad. The gentlemen later concluded by saying that I should be happy that he was doing that to me because then we can form a more safer America!!! ******* racist ******!!! Can I sue for being discriminated!!!!! I want that guy to pay my embarrasment
