Dating advice for a guy (hopefully from a girl)?

ive got a 4.0, short hair, abs, im on varsity sports teams, ive never been caught doing drugs or having sex or anything. im friends with all the popular jock guys, we hang out and stuff all the time. i play guitar and sing (kind of a ray lamontagne-ish voice). for some reason though i havent really been clicking with any girls. maybe my standards are too high? am i not noticing flirty signs? i am kinda quiet and reserved, but i try to be nice to everyone... whats wrong with me? what should i do?
