I'm making a CD for my friend's birthday...?

Well her birthday is in August but I wanted to make it early, in case I went on vacation and didn't have time. I finished it last night, it's basically just a bunch of pictures with music in the background, for short. And I made it on Windows Movie Maker. I think there's a new version of Movie Maker? But whatever it is I don't have it, I have the older version of it. My question is, if I burn it to a CD, will the pictures be blurry? Or will the pictures be how I see it in the smallest size screen of Movie Maker? My pictures are not small, they're... I guess standard size. Uploaded from my camera. Thanks!! (:
