How to deal with agressive guys?

I am in my junior year in high school and this jock guy has a crush on me but I like this other guy and the jock guy can't take it! I want to tell him that I am not really interested in him but I'm kind of REALLY afraid cuz he's the guy that doesn't take no for an answer and cud punch my face or something so how do I tell him and when??
