Which this and most beautiful cities?

Buenos Aires is very European in its flavor.. And the pink zone downtown is very pretty. However, I have to say that to me, Bogota is the prettiest, it sits at about 8000 ft so it is never too hot.. It is surrounded by beautiful mountains, You can ascend the hills (To a beautiful chapel, Monserrate) and see the city if there arent too many clouds. The architecture in many places is old (It was founded around 1540) and has many gorgeous cathedrals, including the cathedral made out of salt in Zipaquira. It is also unique that within two hours you can be in the jungle by car.. or in the same 2 hours, you can be on the beautiful carribean coast. The LEAST beautiful IMHO is Caracas.
