Where to study abroad, Chile, Argentina, or Spain?

I'm a high school senior looking to study abroad and have three options, study a year in Madrid, Vina del Mar, or Buenos Aires. I love the big city, love the beach and currently live in Los Angeles so I'm used to the city. I have a different option as well which would be spending a semester in Buenos Aires and one in Chile as well. If you've been to these places it'd help a lot with some input. Thanks
