Is it weird that my mom saw me hard? I'm 20?

Ok so last night I went to my mother to ask her what should I do because I discovered some jock itch near my balls and penis and since she is a nurse she asked me to see so off went my boxer and she was looking at my balls and penis then all of a sudden I got hard!!! she didn't made a big deal or anything. she just acted like if nothing had happened. Am I thinking too much about this?
