HOW TO CURE JOCK ITCH?!?

okay this is gross too much info blah blah whatever but i sereously have the worst case of freakin jock itch on this planet.. i swear it has spawned from the mother****** devil and it is killing mee. i hardly get any sleep at night because my *ahem* JUNK IS ON FIRE dude. i went to the doctor and he said it was tinea cruris or whatever and after an awkward gropeing of my parts and a close examination (VERY CLOSE) he said to get tinactin powder and this will help it. so my question is that has anybody used tinactin powder and it helped them? or anything else? ah idk what i'm asking i just feel like bitching this to the internet because it is really very bad. I SWEAR if it gets any worse i am going to go ****** final round pain olympics on my mother****** junk. (JUST KIDDING LOL) but sereously this sucks
