How to apply to work as a dentist in Germany?!!?

I will be graduating (hopefully!) from dental school in Ireland next summer, and I would like to work as a dentist in Germany,maybe Munich. At the moment,I have secondary school standard German but am obviously prepared to do everything I can to become more fluent,as I love the language. Does anyone know what is required as a foreign dental school graduate to work in Germany?
