Chornic itchy ball syndrome?

HI I seem to suffer from CIBS chronic itchy ball syndrome . my sac icthy all the time . I shower daily and always scrub my balls with a goat milk soap and even use lotions. I know i do not have crabs , herpes or warts . I am pretty clean shaven down there so it is not hair affecting it. i do play alot of sports and get really really itchy balls from my jock in baseball . also i wear cotton , polyester , and silk boxers and it still itches . i also wear spanks aka spandex shorts for some sports and there nylon . they still give me the itch fever .
